Refund Policy

At IDDCR Global Institute, we strive to deliver high-quality education and training services. We understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and therefore, we have established a transparent and fair refund policy for our students and applicants.

1. Application & Enrollment Fees

All application and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Course Fee Refunds

Refunds for course fees may be issued based on the timing of the cancellation request:

  • 100% Refund: If cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and before the course commencement date.

  • 50% Refund: If cancellation is requested at least 3 days before the course start date.

  • No Refund: If cancellation is requested after the course has started, or in case of no-show, partial attendance, or withdrawal after participation.

3. Online Self-Paced Courses

Fees for self-paced or downloadable content (e.g., LMS-based learning modules) are non-refundable once access is granted.

4. Program Cancellation by IDDCR

If a course or program is canceled by IDDCR Global Institute due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of the course fee will be issued to the enrolled candidates.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, please email us at refunds@iddcrinstitute.com with your name, course details, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days upon approval and credited via the original mode of payment.
